Upcoming XMAS Zumba Gold activity on 21 Dec 2013

Please take note of the details of the upcoming Zumba Gold activity:

Activity

Programme Description This is an activity planned by a group of ZINs for the elderly under the care of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (Bukit Merah View). Zumba Gold will be conducted twice a month, on a Saturday and hence volunteers are invited to join in the fun by engaging/assisting the elderly in the exercise. We hope to spread joy and cheer through this one-hour programme, relieving them of social isolation and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

We are pleased to share that this coming saturday, we will be running two Zumba Gold programs at two THK centres.

Our team is GROWING bigger and we are so pleased that more people are volunteering with us.  Your participation and Your kind hearts are the reasons why we are still able to bless more elderly !!!! Thank you

This is our 2nd activity to THK Kaki Bukit SAC and we are so glad to return to see the elderly. We were unable to conduct regularly activity due to the lack of committed volunteers. This time, we are bring Christmas goody bags and cheers to give out to the elderly there.

A cozy morning exercises with the elderly. We even distributed the belly hip scarves for some fun.  One kind elderly, Mdm Lam together with her God-daughter Alice even specially cooked for us to thank us for coming here to volunteer …..  we can feel the love in her dishes.
